At VÍA 40 EXPRESS we have the Fire Rescue and Brigade Team to attend to any emergency that may arise on our road corridor.

Through the Operations Control Center, we provide logistical, operational, administrative, control and information delivery support on the road network in real time. Our C.C.O is located in the Guillermo León Valencia Tunnel, where we provide service 24 hours a day from the Lines: 310 4 22 46 87, 311 7 87 23 39 and 311 7 90 31 87.

From the Operational Control Center (C.C.O), we coordinate all the services offered to the user on the road and ensure their optimal provision, producing permanent records and reports that help us make decisions and optimize the operation of the Bogotá - Girardot road; all with the aim of producing a positive impact on the degree of satisfaction of the users of our road corridor.

Our road is supervised by qualified Traffic Inspectors, who are in charge 24 hours a day to verify the adequate attention to users, coordinate the correct provision of services, guarantee the availability of the road permanently, and protect and control the right of way to avoid invasions.

Additionally, we have a group of Maintenance Supervisors, who constantly carry out tours along the road, to verify and coordinate the tasks aimed at guaranteeing the correct condition and functioning of the elements that make up the road.

In VÍA 40 EXPRESS we have arranged mechanical first aid and towing services, making available to our users a series of mechanical aid equipment that includes: 4 cranes for large vehicles, 2 for small vehicles and a low bed, duly equipped and operated by trained personnel, in order to move the vehicle to the nearest safe area or population center.

This service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and applies to all users and vehicles that are stranded at any point on our Concessioned road. The towing service is designed to serve those users who could not be given mechanical assistance, due to the complexity of the damage presented to the vehicle.

In order to provide our users with first aid in a timely manner in cases of accident or emergency situations that occur within the concessioned road, we have 4 medical ambulances, duly equipped with medical equipment and specialized technical personnel, available 24 hours a day. of the day, 365 days a year, which are coordinated through the VÍA 40 EXPRESS Operational Control Center.
