Land Procurement Notices
Pursuant to Law 1437 of 2011 – Code of Administrative and Contentious Administrative Procedure – it is a duty to timely and kindly notify particular and concrete administrative acts which may be notified in two ways :
Personal Notification Process:
In the personal notification process, the interested party shall be given a complete and authentic copy of the administrative act stating the date and time, the legally applicable recourses, to whom these shall be filed and the terms for doing so.
Notification by Notice:
Given the impossibility to personally notify the administrative acts, after five (5) days from sending the subpoena, as provided by article 69 and SS. of law 1437 of 2011, the person shall be notified by NOTICE, posted on the Website of the Entity or on a visible place of public access for a period of five (5) days, stating the legally applicable recourses, to whom these shall be filed and the terms for doing so, and a warning that the notice shall be deemed as given by the end of the day following submission of the notice.
